DESCRIPTION: Below you can find a step-by-step guidance in case you are unable to finish the deposit transaction via Zingpay.
POSSIBLE REASON: Your deposit might be unsuccessful as you might enter an invalid login credential, failed to age verify the account or there might be an issue with your browser or internet connection.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- Check if your account is age verified: Manage account settings- Verification - Proof of Identity.
- If you are age verified kindly fulfill the following steps in order to make a deposit: go to Cashier - Deposit - Deposit via bank wire, credit card, and e-wallet- choose ZingPay- select your preferred Bank- enter your ID number- enter the password of your banking profile.
- Kindly ensure that you are using the right credentials if you receive any error message on the stage, specified under Step 2.
- Kindly check if your Chrome browser is updated to the latest version and use incognito mode of your browser if you have entered the right credentials but you are still unable to finish the transaction as the page is not loading or if there is an error message: “your transaction is aborted during payment”.
