What to do if you do not receive the verification email

If you haven’t received the verification email (the kind you get when making withdrawals or resetting passwords):

  • Go to the Email and passwords screen. Ensure the email address you’ve given us is correct.

  • Ensure your inbox isn’t full.

  • Check your email spam folder.

  • Ensure your internet browser is updated.

  • Go incognito on your browser and try again.

  • Refresh the page and try again.
