What should I do if my MT5 account showing a negative balance?

DESCRIPTION: below you can find a step-by-step guidance in case your MT5 account reaches balance negative balance due to Stop-Out or Stop-loss triggered in your trades. 

POSSIBLE REASON: You might have had a negative balance in your MT5 account due to stop out or stop loss being triggered in your MT5 trades

RESOLUTION STEPS:  

  1. If your MT5 account reaches negative balance, please come to our LiveChat and our customer support specialist will create a ticket to follow up if the negative balance in the MT5 account shall be reset to zero
  2. It will take up to 3 working days for our relevant team to review your issue and further reply via email
