POSSIBLE REASON: You might not have currency exchange services in your country to be able to withdraw or deposit into your Deriv account
RESOLUTION STEPS: You can access DP2P services through the Mobile app and website as showed below:
1) Through the Website: https://deriv.com/p2p/
a) Log in to your Deriv account. Don’t have one? Sign up for free.
b) Go to Cashier > Deriv P2P and register.
c)Start connecting with fellow traders to make deposits and withdrawals.
2) Mobile app: IOS, App gallery & Android.
a) Download P2P app
b) Register for P2P by logging into you Deriv account in the app
c) Start connecting with fellow traders to make deposits and withdrawals
Requirements:
- Your Proof of Identity and selfie photo has to be verified uploaded here : https://app.deriv.com/account/proof-of-identity
- Register and choose your nickname and it has to be unique (different from the other P2P users and can not be changed)
