POSSIBLE REASON: You might have an issue placing a trade because it has been trading disabled for the following possible reasons:
Reason 1 : MT5 account has been disabled trading due to inactivity for 30 days
Reason 2: MT5 account has been disabled trading because it needs to be initially funded for trading
RESOLUTION STEPS:
For Disable trading due to 30 days of inactivity:
1) You will need to contact us via LiveChat or WhatsApp for us to enable the account manually from our side
2) Once enabled, please ensure the account is actively traded to avoid the same recurrence from happening again.
For disabled trading due to fund transfer
1) You will have to ensure that you have funds in your real account. If you do not have any funds, you can make a transfer via this link : https://app.deriv.com/cashier/deposit
2) Once done, you will need to make a transfer to your MT5 account via this link : https://app.deriv.com/cashier/account-transfer
