DESCRIPTION: The seller should only confirm the order as soon as the buyer's payment reflects in his stated payment method account under the created ad.The buyer is also expected to pay as per the agreed amount before the funds can be released.
RESOLUTION STEPS: Kindly refer to the steps below on how the releasing process works:
- Click on the “I’ve received payment” button in the specific order found under 'My ads'' . Please ensure that you've indeed receive the payment from the buyer in your account before click on this button.
- A dialog box will appear to inform you that an email was sent to your registered email address for verification. Please be reminded that the verification email link will expire within 10 minutes.
- You will receive an email requesting you to confirm the order.
- Another dialog box will appear to make sure that you have confirmed to receive the payment from the buyer.
- You will then be prompted with a dialog box to rate the transaction process.
- The order will show as “Completed” in your Past orders section and funds released to the buyer immediately
