POSSIBLE REASON: If you are referring to your MT5 account, it might be due to pending verifications / insufficient balance / invalid volume/lot size.
If you are referring to your trading account, it could be due to required additional information from your end.
The Company also reserves the right to refuse to do business with, to discontinue to do business with, and to reverse the transactions of Clients who engage in any trading activity as per a few criterias.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- If it is related to your MT5 account, kindly ensure your account is fully authenticated, or that you have sufficient balance to sustain the margin requirement of a running trade and that you use the correct volume/lot size to open a trade by referring to your MT5 instrument specifications.
- If it is related to your trading account, kindly ensure that you have provided the required document/information (if applicable), or as per our terms (see Warranties and indemnities), we reserve the right to cancel or refuse your trades if we detect any misconduct on your part.
