POSSIBLE REASON: If you shared your OnlineNaira payment method, your cashier was blocked immediately as our system detected the payment method registered in two accounts in the Deriv platform.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- Contact us via LiveChat, Email, or WhatsApp to send proof of ownership of your OnlineNaira account.
- You will need to upload two screenshots of your OnlineNaira account.
- To get the first screenshot, access the General Information section on the Dashboard tab via the link below.
