DESCRIPTION: Follow the guidelines below to learn how to submit the Proof of Ownership to unlock your cashier. 

POSSIBLE REASON: If you shared your OnlineNaira payment method, your cashier was blocked immediately as our system detected the payment method registered in two accounts in the Deriv platform.

RESOLUTION STEPS:

  1. Contact us via LiveChat, Email, or WhatsApp to send proof of ownership of your OnlineNaira account.
  2. You will need to upload two screenshots of your OnlineNaira account.
  3. To get the first screenshot, access the General Information section on the Dashboard tab via the link below.

  4.  To get the second screenshot, click on the Settings tab, Bank Account/Mobile Wallet, as per the link below.
