RESOLUTION STEPS: Depending on the day of the week, either weekday or weekend , there are different daily payment agents transfer limits.
Withdrawal:
Weekdays
- The number of transaction limit per day: 20
- Min amount per transaction: USD 5 or 10 depends on Payment Agent Max amount per transaction: USD 2,000
- Max amount per day: USD 5,000
Weekends
- The number of transactions per day: 20
- Min amount per transaction: USD 5 or 10 depends on Payment Agent
- Max amount limit per day/per transaction: USD 1,500
Deposits:
- Min amount per transaction: USD 5 or 10 depends on Payment Agent
- Max amount per one transaction: USD 2,000
We don't have a max limit for a deposited amount or number of transactions from our side for usual CR accounts. However, Payment Agent can have his own deposit limits for his clients.
Please note that you are required to wait for the system to reset the limits in order for you to deposit/withdraw using the payment agent again as we are not able to reset/increase the limits for your account. You may also check this with your payment agent.
