DESCRIPTION: If you tried to make a deposit via a payment agent and the payment agent did not deposit the money into your account, follow the instructions below to find out what you should do to resolve this issue.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- Contact the payment agent after you paid them with proof of transfer
- Allow 24 hours timeframe for the payment agent to credit the funds
Once you have done that, please provide us with the following details :
- Proof of transfer including the payment agent’s name, account number, and date
- Proof of conversation with the payment agent
- Proof of payment agent’s details in Whatsapp/Telegram (phone number)
