- Record the video using a separate device like a phone or camera
- If you use a computer, ensure the website's link is showing throughout the video
- No screen recording
- Visible transaction details
- Transaction date and time
- Account numbers of sender and recipient
- Names of sender and recipient
- No cuts or edits
- Do not make any cuts or edits to the video
- Well-Lit environment
- Record in a well-lit place with visible activity\
- No underage individuals
- Don't capture images of underage individuals during the recording
- File size and formats
- Keep the file size under 200MB
- Use supported formats: mp3, mp4, avi, rmvb, mov, wmv
How to Record a Video Proof of Transfer (POT)
- Prepare Two Devices

Use one device to display the Proof of Transfer (POT), and another to record the process.

Show the Today’s Date

Go to any browser (Google/Safari) on the device and type “what is the date today”

Access Your Bank Application

Open the Google Play/App Store on the device displaying POT.

Search for and open your bank application.

Secure Login

Log in to your bank account and protect your password from being visible during the recording.

Go to your account information displaying your name and account number.

Access Transaction History

Navigate to the transaction history and select the specific transaction indicating the payment made or received.

Ensure Transaction Details Are Visible:

Total amount and currency

Sender/recipient names

Sender/recipient account numbers

Date and time

Transaction Status

Save and Submit

Save the recorded video and submit it through the P2P chatbox or email as instructed.
