MT5 Trade dispute

DESCRIPTION: Initiating a dispute will allow us to check your trades with the information provided.

POSSIBLE REASON: You might require us to check your trades if they have deviated from your predetermined parameters or expectations (eg. Stop Loss, Take Profit, Stop Out, etc)

RESOLUTION STEPS:

  1. Reach out to us via LiveChat
  2. Provide us with the following information:
    • MT5 Account number
    • Reference ID/number (Trade ID)
    • Type of contract
    • Time and date of the contract

Please also add a description of the issue that you are facing, the more details the better as this can help at the investigation. 

To gather the Reference ID/number (Trade ID), you can follow the steps below:

  • For the Mobile app:
  1. Login to your MT5 account
  2. Click the History tab to redirect to the History page
  3. On the History page, you may find the trade ID by clicking on the trade shown on the page
  4. Once the trade is clicked, you will find the trade ID starting with a hash #
  • For the MT5 PC App/Web Version:
  1. Log in to your MT5 account
  2. At the bottom of the page/app you will find the History tab (In the mt5 web terminal it will show up as a watch symbol in the bottom left)
  3. Click the History tab, and right-click on the mouse for the side pop-up box to appear
  4. On the box, click Position to set the History tab to show Position history
  5. The Trade/Contract ID can be found under the ticket column
