MT5 account types: Standard & Financial & Swap free

At Deriv, we have 3 types of DMT5 accounts available; Financial DMT5, Standard DMT5 and MT5 Swap-free accounts. Please note that you can create only one account for each account type.

  1. Financial DMT5 – you can trade over 170+ assets that consist of forex (standard/micro), stocks, stock indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, major (standard and micro-lots), and minor currency pairs on high leverage with a maximum leverage up to 1:1000.
  2. Standard DMT5 – you can trade over 40+ assets that consist of CFDs on our exclusive, proprietary synthetic indices, basket indices, and derived FX, 24/7 which simulate real-world market movements with a maximum leverage of up to 1:1000 and are audited for fairness by an independent third party and forex (standard/micro), stock indices, commodities, Stoks, and ETF
  3.  Swap-free- you can trade CFDs on MT5 with synthetics, forex, stocks, stock indices, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, and synthetic indices

POSSIBLE REASON: when the time comes when you want to add a DMT5 account to your Deriv account, you might want to compare the different account types to create the right account that will suit your needs.

RESOLUTION STEPS: 

To compare the different account types and create the account:

  1. Log into your account and go to Trader's Hub
  2. Go to the CFDs section
  3. Click on the Type of account you want to create or click on "Get more" and then the type of account
  4. Compare the different accounts based on the type of account (Financial, Standard or Swap Free account) that you wish to create
  5. Once you are ready to create the MT5 account, click on Get.
