What to do if your card deposit limit is exceeded?
DESCRIPTION: If you try to fund your account and receive a message like the one described above, be aware that you have reached the limit of deposits allowed with this payment method.
POSSIBLE REASON: Payment methods have a limit on the number of deposits allowed, which can be per hour, week, month, or amount. And if you received this type of message when depositing, you have reached one of these limits.
Kindly note that there is a maximum attempt for Mastercard/Visa Card deposits, which is:
- 3 attempts per hour
- 5 successful deposits per day
- 15 successful deposits per week
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- You may contact our customer support to check which deposit limit you reach in your account.
- They will check the information and let you know when you can deposit again in your account.
- Or you can deposit with another payment method.
