POSSIBLE REASON: the MT5 desktop web terminal as well as the desktop MT5 app are by default in English, however, you are able to change to any of the available languages.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- For the MT5 desktop app:
1) On the menu up to, click on "View", a drop-down menu will appear
2) Click on "Languages"
3) Scroll until you see the language you want to change to.
- For the desktop web terminal:
1) Click on the three horizontal lines on the top right corner of your screen
2) Click on "Languages"
3) Search or scroll down until you see the language you want to change to.
