DESCRIPTION: If you’ve forgotten your Google/Facebook account password, you can reset your Deriv account password to log in to your account.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- Go to Deriv password reset page.
- Input your email address and click on "Reset My Password" button.
- An email confirmation will be sent to your email and you may click on "Reset My Password" button on your email. If the button does not work, you may copy and paste the URL into your browser.
- Input your new password and click on "Reset my password" button.
- Once you have reset your Deriv account password, the social signup option will be removed from your profile automatically.
- You may proceed to login into your account with your email and pasword.
Important Note: Strong passwords contain at least 8 characters. combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
