DESCRIPTION: below you can find a step-by-step guidance if you would like to top up your Deriv X demo account balance. Please note that you can only top up your Deriv X demo account with an additional 10,000.00 USD if the balance is 1,000.00 USD or less. Do notice that the amount of 10,000.00 USD additional amount is fixed and unable to change to a smaller or larger amount.
POSSIBLE REASON: So that you can continue to trade in your MT5 demo account. Also for you to understand how MT5 platforms works for you to become be more familiarize on trading with us.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- Access to your Deriv X demo account from your Trader's Hub here
- Refer to CFDs section showing "Other CFD Platforms" sub-section
- Click on “Top up” button next to your Deriv X Demo
- Click on “Top-up 10,000.00 USD”. This button will only brighten up for you to click once your balance is 1,000.00 USD or less.
- Once the balance is successfully top-up with an additional 10,000.00 USD, a pop-out notification will appear informing you that "10,000.00 USD has been credited into your Deriv X Demo account."
