How to set Purchase Conditions in Deriv Bot

1 min. readlast update: 12.11.2023

DESCRIPTION: After you choose your contract types, you will need to set up your Purchase Conditions.

RESOLUTION STEPS: Here are the steps on how to set the Purchase Conditions

  1. Head over to the Blocks Menu then go to the Utility section and select Logic
  2. Add the Conditional block under the [2. Purchase conditions] block. You can drag the block to the workspace or click on the "+" sign.
  3. You would need to define and set the first conditions from Analysis or Utility section. This depends on your trading strategy. You can add the purchase block under the purchase condition and set the contract type that you want.
  4. Click on the "+" on the Conditional block to add a second condition. Set the second condition, and add a Purchase block, and set the opposite contract type.

NOTES:

  • The user will have 2 conditions to choose from for the Purchase block in the Purchase Condition Mandatory blocks.
  • The User can specify 2 different Purchase Conditions, for example Rise/Fall, on the Conditional block in the Purchase Condition Mandatory Block. Therefore, the Deriv Bot can purchase the contract with a rise and another with a fall depending on the purchase instruction.
