How to raise a Deriv P2P Dispute?

DESCRIPTION: A dispute can only be raised after the 1 hour waiting time has expired for your Deriv P2P order. 

POSSIBLE REASON: You can raise a dispute due to the follwoing reasons:

  1. If the buyer does not pay within the one hour waiting time or underpays
  2. If the buyers uses a third party payment method not acceptable by the seller
  3. If the sellers doesn't release funds to complete the transaction after receiving payment for the order from the buyer

RESOLUTION STEPS

  1. Go to your P2P cashier : https://app.deriv.com/cashier/p2p/orders
  2. Open the affected order and click on the “Complain” button
  3. Select the complaint reason that applies to you
  4. Submit the dispute
Note: Orders that have a Completed status cannot be disputed. Please make sure as a seller to check the payment has been received in your selected payment method before completing the transaction.
