DESCRIPTION: You can delete and permanently remove active AD(s) using the DP2P App version before they're confirmed by the buyer
POSSIBLE REASON: You might need to delete your active AD (s) due to different reasons like wrong payment details indicated , wrong rate on the AD(s), you wish to change to a different amount, won't be available online to see the transaction through and many more
RESOLUTION STEPS: Please follow the steps below to delete your AD(s)
- Go to the “My Ads” section in your P2P cashier
- Click on the “3 dots” on the desired order that needs to be deleted. (A popup box would appear prompting the action which could be done.)
- Hit on “Delete” and confirm your action to remove the ad.
