DESCRIPTION: Here are some frequently asked questions regarding our affiliate program.

Can I create a Deriv account using my referral link?

No, it violates our Terms & Conditions (see “Your obligations”).

How do I withdraw my commission?

For the Revenue Share and Turnover Programs:

If you’ve chosen to receive the commission in your Deriv account, follow these steps to withdraw:

1. Log in to your Deriv account
   
2. Go to Cashier > Withdrawal.
3. Follow the instructions to make a withdrawal.

If you’ve chosen to receive the commission in your Neteller or crypto wallet, follow the in-app instructions to withdraw.

For the IB Program

First, transfer the commission from your MT5 account to your Deriv account. Secondly, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Deriv account.

2. Go to Cashier > Transfer.

3. Transfer funds from your MT5 account to your Deriv account.

Then, make a withdrawal from your Deriv account:

1. Go to Cashier > Withdrawal.

2. Follow the instructions to make a withdrawal.

Can I check which affiliate I am registered under?

Yes, contact us via live chat, and we’ll help you.

Can I change my commission plan?

No, but you can sign up for a new commission plan using a different username. Only 1 account per plan is allowed in your affiliate dashboard. Duplicate accounts under the same plan will be identified, and one will be closed.
