POSSIBLE REASONS: Here are the potential errors you could encounter when trading in Deriv Bot:

  1. Purchasing this contract will cause you to exceed your 30-day turnover limit of 1.00 USD.
  2. You have exceeded your 30-day limit on losses of 1.00 USD.
  3. You have exceeded your 7-day limit on losses of 1.00 USD.
  4. Purchasing this contract will cause you to exceed your 7-day turnover limit of 1.00 USD.
  5. Purchasing this contract will cause you to exceed your 7-day turnover limit of 2.00 USD.

RESOLUTION STEPS: Did you see any of the errors above? If yes, it means you've set up self-exclusion.

  • If you have set self-exclusion on your account, it stops your Deriv Bot from running. The self-exclusion help to limit your trading activities should you need them.
  • To remove these limits, you would need to remove the self-exclusion in your settings. Prior to removing it, you would need to acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your actions, and we are not liable for any addiction or loss.
