DESCRIPTION: Please note that if your recent deposit is unsuccessful due to the error "RCS reject. Allowed number of cards exceeded"

POSSIBLE REASON: as this error is not from Deriv's end we would advise you to contact your bank for further details as this error message is from the bank’s side.

RESOLUTION STEPS: Contact your bank's customer support to further check on this matter. Should the issue persist, you use other payment methods to fund your account.
