Deposit decline due to 3D Secure Code

DESCRIPTION: If you received a deposit error as “Authentication failed. Card Refused” upon depositing via Mastercard or VisaCard, it shows that your debit/credit card 3-D Secure authentication was not complete.

POSSIBLE REASON: Your recent deposit via credit card was unsuccessful because the 3-D Secure authentication was not complete.

RESOLUTION STEPS:

  1. Thus, please ensure you enter the correct secure code from MasterCard (called SecureCode) or Visa (called Verified by Visa). 
  2. Or you may contact your bank for more information if you don’t receive the code or the code is invalid.
