DESCRIPTION: By default, all demo accounts (VRTC) will have a starting balance of 10,000.00 USD. This amount cannot be “customised” or fit to a particular account or needs.
If you want to decrease this amount to make your demo trading as close to real as possible, we advise you to trade until the desired amount is reached. You can only reset the balance to 10,000.00 USD if the balance is below the starting balance.
RESOLUTION STEPS: In order to reset the virtual account’s balance, go to the top right corner of the page and click on the drop down button (being in the virtual account) and click on “Reset Balance".
