POSSIBLE REASON: For you to design and customize your Deriv X account web terminal interface based on your own preference
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- You may choose to add Charts, Orders, Positions, Watchlist, and many more items in your workspace. You may find this information by clicking on the drop-down menu of My Account or Tools. You can either drag or click on the items and place them in your corresponding tab.
- To add a new tab in your workspace, you can simply click on the "+" sign near the top left corner of your Deriv X account. You can rename the newly created tab from "Workspace 1" to any name you prefer, and drags items from the drop-down menu.
- If you want to reorganize the items to suit your preferences, you can click on the 6 dots on the left-side corner and arrange them anywhere in the workspace. By keeping the items organized on your own way, you will save time looking for things and maintain a productive trading experience.
