POSSIBLE REASON: For you to be able to trade CFD in addition to MT5 and cTrader platform in Deriv
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- In order to have your Deriv X account, you must first create your Deriv account. If you don’t have a Deriv real account yet, you may refer to this post on how to create one: To create a real account
- If you already have a Deriv real account with us, kindly navigate to the Trader's Hub here and scroll down to Other CFD Platforms showing Deriv X and click on "Get"
- You will be able to add a real or demo accordingly. You can practice your trading strategy using your demo account as it doesn’t involve real money. Once you’re ready, you can proceed to create your real account.
- Then, you will be prompted to create a Deriv X password, you would need to remember this password as it will be used for all of your Deriv X accounts regardless if it’s a demo or real. However, if you don’t remember, you can always reset your password.
- In one Deriv X account combined both Synthetics/Financial assets available for you to trade
