DESCRIPTION: If you would like to know how to find the contact details of your trades placed in DTrader, SmartTrader, Deriv Bot, and Binary Bot, you may find them in the Trade Table available in the Reports section.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- The informations or details of your trades are available on the left sidebar of the Trade Table.
- To see your trade history, you may go to your statement -> Trade table -> Choose date and time of the trades.
- Then you can find the details of the contract for instance:
- Reference ID
- Duration
- Barrier
- Start Time
- Entry Spot
- Exit Spot
- Exit Time
- Profit/Loss
- Sell price/Buy price
- Payout limit
- Contract type
- Market type
