DESCRIPTION: This is a guide on how you can generate your commission reports and check them on your MyAff dashboard
POSSIBLE REASON: You might have a hard time understanding or retrieving the commission reports from your clients' trades for both affiliate and IB commissions.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
Affiliate Commission
1) Login to your MyAff dashboard https://login.deriv.com/signin.php
2) Click on the "Reports" tab at the top of the dashboard.
3) Click on "My Players Report" from the menu on the left of the dashboard.
4) Click on the "Display Report" red button to view your registered clients.
5) You also have the option to download the report to your device.
6) Affiliate commission for the previous month is credited to the set payment method around the 15th of the following month.
IB commission
1) Login to your MyAff dashboard https://login.deriv.com/signin.php
2) Click on the "Reports" tab at the top of the dashboard.
3) Click on "Customer activity" from the menu on the left of the dashboard.
4) Click on "IB Channel" from the drop-down option of Filter by Plan.
5) Click on the "Display Report" red button to view your client's trading activity.
6) You also have the option to download the report to your device.
7) IB commission is paid on a daily basis to the registered MT5 Derived account. It is paid at 22:00:00 GMT
