Chart Types available in DMT5 (Web Terminal)

DESCRIPTION: If you wish to change the chart type on your MT5 web terminal, you can find a step-by-step guide below.

POSSIBLE REASON: The MT5 Web Terminal will be by default on one chart type, but this can be changed anytime from the toolbar.

RESOLUTION STEPS:

• For Desktop Web Terminal:

1. Log in to your Deriv Account and go to the trader’s hub: https://app.deriv.com/appstore/traders-hub
2. Scroll down to the “CFDs" section
3. Click on “Open” next to your MT5 account  
4. Select "Open" next to "MetaTrader 5 Web"
5. From there, you would need to login into your account accordingly.
6. Once logged in, you can see the 3 different chart types on the upper toolbar

• For Mobile Web Terminal:

1. Log in to your Deriv Account and go to the trader’s hub: https://app.deriv.com/appstore/traders-hub
2. Switch to the “CFDs" tab
3. Click on “Open” next to your MT5 account  
4. Select "Open" next to "MetaTrader 5 Web"
5. From there, you would need to login into your account accordingly.
6. Right next to the three horizontal lines on the top right of your screen, you will see the icon of the selected chart type, press on it and you will see the other options.
