Change Payment Method

DESCRIPTION: If you want to use a new payment method for deposits and withdrawals in your account, please follow the information below to learn how to add the new payment method.

If you want to use a new payment method and still have doubts about it, know that you can use any of the payment methods available in your Deriv cashier on the deposits page to deposit into your account.

However, in the case of withdrawals, please be aware that on our platform, customers must withdraw funds using the same method they used to deposit into the account. Kindly be informed that not all payment methods may be available for withdrawals.

RESOLUTION STEPS:

  1. If you would like to change your payment method in your account, please ensure that you have withdrawn the equivalent amount of your deposit funds using the existing payment method.
  2. Once you have done that, please make a small deposit in your Deriv account to register a new payment method, and you will be able to withdraw using the same method. 
  3. Please keep in mind that in the case of some payment methods, such as payment agents, for example, additional measures will be necessary for you to be able to use the method for withdrawals.
