DESCRIPTION: If you have lost your card or it has been stolen or deactivated by the bank, follow the guidelines below if you wish to remove the card from your Deriv cashier.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- Get a letter from your bank informing that the card is inactive. The letter should have your name, the card number, and inform that the card was canceled. Ensure that the letter is notarized by your bank for our further perusal.
- Contact us via LiveChat or WhatsApp to send the letter.
- Our customer support will help you and open a ticket.
- Kindly wait 1 - 3 days for the department in charge to remove the card from your cashier and contact you via email.
- Once we have verified your document, kindly proceed to make a new deposit using the newly replaced card, in order to register it on your profile.
