My credit card has expired. How do I use a new card?
DESCRIPTION: If your card has expired and you want to add a new card to your account for deposits and withdrawals; you need to deposit to your Deriv account with your new card.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- Kindly proceed to make a new deposit using the new replaced card, to register it on your profile for future withdrawals.
- Then, you will be able to see the card number on the cashier withdrawal page.
- If you wish to remove the expired card from your cash register, contact our customer support and ask for the card to be removed from your account.
